10×10 is one slick news website that is visually driven.

"The site consists of a main page with a 10×10 grid of thumbnail images, each representing a top news story of the day, ranked in order of current importance. There's also a list of words on the right side. The words and images are linked for highlighting as you pass your mouse over."

Outing thinks this site is a "visual variant of Google News."

Bound for New York anytime soon?

Few Are Chosen: Street Photography and the Book will run at at Metropolitan Museum of Art from November 5, 2004, through March 6, 2005.
