I am working on a book on Indian weddings that will be published by Roli Books in early 2009.

the reason I am writing you is a shot in the dark but I need to find a wedding in kashmir and was wondering if you might be knowing someone who can help.
I also want to shoot a buddhist wedding in the North east or anywhere else in India.

Dear Sir,
I am in a similar situation as Tahir and Priti and our wedding date is coming up soon. The problem is that my parents are not agreeable with the rituals involved in the Hindu wedding. If possible I would like to know how Tahir was involved in this event. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I would like our special day to be just as festive as Tahir and Priti’s. Congragulation to both of them. It is certainly not an easy task.
